Steps Into Hope may collect information voluntarily submitted through forms, such as name, email, role, and product interests.

Do not submit PHI

Do not submit client names, dates of birth, diagnoses, treatment information, or other protected health information through the public prototype or support email.

Use of information

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, maintain the founding-access waitlist, communicate product updates, fulfill digital-product support requests, improve the service, and operate the website.

Payments

One-time digital-product checkout is completed through Shopify. Shopify and its payment services receive the payment and customer information entered at checkout under their applicable privacy practices. Steps Into Hope does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Paid membership enrollment remains paused.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used for the current public prototype and digital-product delivery pages. Download links may not be posted publicly or shared outside the purchased license. A separate privacy and security architecture is required before PHI can be supported.
