Digital Purchase & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Steps Into Hope digital products.

Final sale after download

Once a purchased digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Limited exceptions

Exceptions are limited to:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product and license made in error; or
• Verified technical issues that prevent the purchased digital file from being delivered, downloaded, or accessed as intended.

For assistance, email support@stepsintohope.com and include the email address used for the order and the Shopify order number. Do not send payment-card information.

Startup promotional pricing

The current $29 Individual License and $99 Facility License prices for the Recovery Group Facilitator Starter Pack are introductory startup promotional prices. They are not permanent pricing and will change after the startup promotional period.
