Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase of a digital PDF under the license you select.
Can I share the file?
The Individual License is for one person. The Facility License covers staff working at one physical location. Resale, public posting, redistribution, and use at additional locations are not permitted.
Is this clinical treatment or medical advice?
No. The materials are educational, peer-support, and group-facilitation resources. Facilitators remain responsible for professional judgment, organizational policy, accessibility, safety, and applicable laws.
Can I use client names or protected health information?
Do not place participant names, dates of birth, medical-record information, or other protected or identifying information into copies that may leave authorized systems.
What if the download does not work?
Email support@stepsintohope.com. Sales are final once the purchased file has been downloaded. Exceptions are limited to duplicate purchases or verified technical issues that prevent delivery, download, or access to the purchased file.
