Steps Into Hope provides educational recovery resources, digital products, and a free public prototype.

Professional responsibility

Users must review all materials and generated content before use. Steps Into Hope does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, clinical treatment, legal advice, emergency services, or a substitute for individualized professional care. The service does not create a final clinical record or replace professional judgment, organizational policy, or applicable law.

Prohibited information

Do not enter protected health information into the public prototype or send it through support email.

Digital products and licenses

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. The license included in each product controls permitted use. Unless written permission is provided, customers may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, gift, publicly post, or remove Steps Into Hope branding or copyright notices from purchased materials.

Payments and delivery

One-time digital-product payments are processed through Shopify secure checkout. Paid memberships remain paused. Digital products are delivered electronically through Shopify after successful checkout; customers should retain their Shopify order confirmation for their records.

Refunds

Once a purchased digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final. Exceptions are limited to duplicate purchases or verified technical issues that prevent delivery, download, or access to the purchased file. Contact support@stepsintohope.com for assistance. Current access

The public prototype may be changed, expanded, limited, or discontinued as Steps Into Hope continues development.
