The Recovery Group Facilitator Starter Pack is a one-time digital purchase. Shopify delivers the purchased digital file after checkout. Keep your Shopify order confirmation for your records.
Download help
If a purchased file is damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible, email support with the purchaser name, purchase email, and Shopify order number. Do not email payment-card information.
Paid memberships
Subscription enrollment remains paused while secure member access, billing support, and cancellation tools are completed and tested.
Product access
Use the free Recovery Resource Hub through the main website. If a page does not load, refresh once and confirm you are using StepsIntoHope.com.
Privacy
Do not send client names, medical records, diagnoses tied to identifiable people, or other protected health information through support messages.
Facility questions
The Starter Pack Facility License covers one physical location. Email support for multi-site licensing or facility account questions without including client information.
